  • Developed pipelines for providing analytics on client dashboard, including internal Flask-based web apps with visualisations.
  • Developed automated pipelines (Airflow / PySpark) for generating PDF reports to provide monthly analytics summaries to clients, using a combination of Python and NodeJS.

Queen Mary University of London

Researching the structure and assembly of protein nanotubes from bacterial microcompartment shell proteins, as a precursor to understanding bacterial microcompartment assembly, using a combination of computational and imaging (e.g. transmission electron microscopy) techniques.


Developed algorithms for generating and analysing 3D geometric models of protein nanotubes, from atomic coordinates. Written in Python with numpy, pandas and scipy.
Data analysis of large scale atomic simulations run on HPC clusters , involving over 160,000 atoms.
